Welcome to How to Use Microsoft365.Cloud
Hi, my name is Shenka.
I work as a Microsoft 365 Administrator and hold several IT qualifications, including
CompTIA A+ and an NVQ Level 3 in Computer Technology.
I am currently working toward the AZ-900 certification as part of my journey to becoming an Azure Administrator.
I created this blog to help people understand how to use Microsoft 365 more effectively.
In my experience, there are two main groups of users when it comes to Microsoft 365.
The first group consists of people using Microsoft 365 for the first time who have no idea what it is or how to use it.
Many organizations assume that Microsoft 365 is intuitive and that staff will simply figure it out on their own.
In reality, companies often don’t have the time to train employees or invest in proper user education. As a result, the help desk receives the same questions again and again.
This blog provides simple guides and explanations to help users become more organized and productive with Microsoft 365.
The goal is to make common tasks easier so people can solve problems themselves instead of spending time waiting for IT support.
Here you will find practical information about Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, along with useful tips that can help everyday users work more efficiently.
Everyone is welcome here.
However, this blog is not a help desk. I will not be answering individual support requests or troubleshooting personal IT issues, as that is already part of my day-to-day job.
The purpose of this blog is simply to share useful knowledge so that anyone who wants to learn more about Microsoft 365 can do so quickly and easily.
If this blog helps even a few people work more efficiently with Microsoft 365, then it has done its job.
